May 2016 Skinpack - New Skinmanager interface - New Skin4 Themes

Here it is another update of my famous skinpacks for all the Roadnav S100 head units models.

This time the main news are:

- A new graphical interface and messaging system for Skinmanager:

- New Internal/External source selection in Themer and New themes available for Skin4:

- All skins have been updated to 1.2.11 fw version

- (The patch is still 1.0.11 because there is no difference with 1.2.11)

- Updated Nitrogen, GPRSad and Hobdrive to latest versions
